Each paper is a one-time purchase that gives you lifetime access. If you have not yet started working through a paper you purchased, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once you have begun a paper (opened its questions in practice mode), it is considered used and is non-refundable, as access cannot be returned.
Multi-paper bundles (e.g. the Prelim Pack or All-P6 Pack) follow the same rule: a full refund is available within 7 days provided you have not started any paper in the bundle. If you have started one or more papers, the bundle is non-refundable.
Monthly plans (Parent Plan, Tutor Plan) can be cancelled at any time and will not renew. We do not provide partial refunds for the current billing period, but you keep access until the period ends. If you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented use, contact us and we will make it right.
Email us or use the contact form with your account email and order details. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
Refunds may be declined where we detect abuse of this policy (for example, repeated buy-then-refund cycles). Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Singapore law.
