Each paper is a one-time purchase that gives you lifetime access. If you have not yet started working through a paper you purchased, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once you have begun a paper (opened its questions in practice mode), it is considered used and is non-refundable, as access cannot be returned.
Multi-paper bundles — the P6 Prelim Pack (5 papers, S$19) and All P6 Prelim Papers (S$39) — follow the same rule: a full refund is available within 7 days provided you have not started any paper in the bundle. If you have started one or more papers, the bundle is non-refundable.
Everything we sell is a one-time payment. There is no monthly plan, nothing auto-renews, and we never charge your card again after a purchase unless you buy something else.

Refunds may be declined where we detect abuse of this policy (for example, repeated buy-then-refund cycles). Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Singapore law.
