2. Description of Service

Maths Question Bank provides AI-generated mathematics practice questions for primary school students (P1-P6). The Service includes:

• Question generation across various maths topics
• Answer keys and explanations
• Progress tracking for paid paper users
• Printable worksheets for paid paper users

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration: You must provide a valid email address to create an account.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3 Age Restriction: Users must be at least 13 years old, or have parental consent if under 13.

3.4 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Obligations

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Share your paid account credentials with others (one account per user)
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit content from the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

5. Purchase and Payment Terms

5.1 Free Access: Includes limited sample paper access and basic features.

5.2 Paper Purchase: Paid access is sold per paper as a one-time purchase.

5.3 Billing: Payments are processed via Stripe. Paper purchases do not auto-renew.

5.4 Access: A completed paper purchase unlocks the purchased paper experience for your account.

5.5 Refunds: Contact support within 30 days of purchase if you need help with a payment or refund request.

5.6 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify paper prices. Changes apply to future purchases only.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content: All content generated by the Service (questions, explanations, etc.) is owned by Maths Question Bank. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

6.2 Your Content: You retain ownership of any personal data you provide.

6.3 Restrictions: You may not claim ownership of Service content, remove watermarks, or use content for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Affiliation

Our questions are designed to align with the Singapore primary school maths curriculum but are independently created. Use of our Service does not guarantee any particular examination results or academic performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Educational Guarantees: The Service is provided "as is" for educational practice purposes. We do not guarantee that use of the Service will improve grades, examination scores, or academic performance.

8.2 Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maths Question Bank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8.3 Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 SGD, whichever is greater.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties that generated questions will match any specific examination format or difficulty

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data practices.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
