By creating an account or using SG Maths Exam (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
SG Maths Exam provides Primary 6 mathematics exam practice. Questions are adapted from publicly available Singapore P6 preliminary examination papers, transcribed and checked by us. The Service includes:
Question coverage and features change as we add papers and update the Service for the revised 2026 PSLE Mathematics syllabus and examination format.
3.1 Registration: You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.3 Age Restriction: Users must be at least 13 years old, or have parental consent if under 13.
3.4 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree NOT to:
5.1 Free Access: Includes limited sample paper access and basic features.
5.2 Paper Purchase: Paid access is sold per paper as a one-time purchase.
5.3 Billing: Payments are processed via Stripe. Paper purchases do not auto-renew.
5.4 Access: A completed paper purchase unlocks the purchased paper experience for your account.
5.5 Refunds: If you have not yet started a paper you purchased, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once you have opened the paper's questions it is considered used. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
5.6 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify paper prices. Changes apply to future purchases only.
6.1 Our Content: The transcriptions, worked solutions, topic classifications and other material we produce are owned by SG Maths Exam. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted.
6.2 Your Content: You retain ownership of any personal data you provide.
6.3 Restrictions: You may not claim ownership of Service content, remove watermarks, or use content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Questions are adapted from publicly available preliminary examination papers and are prepared independently. School names are used only to identify the source of a paper. Use of our Service does not guarantee any particular examination results or academic performance.
8.1 No Educational Guarantees: The Service is provided "as is" for educational practice purposes. We do not guarantee that use of the Service will improve grades, examination scores, or academic performance.
8.2 Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SG Maths Exam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
8.3 Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 SGD, whichever is greater.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
SG Maths Exam (sgmathsexam.com) is an independent Singapore-based service. It is not a school, tuition centre, or examination body.
